Relational Psychoanalysis
I help clients identify what lies behind patterns of thought and behavior, for example, how they show up in relationships or why similar patterns repeat in their lives.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy
Focusing on how thought patterns in our daily lives influence one another, we explore the relations between thought, emotion, and action, working through practical exercises to enact meaningful change.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy
By centering on mindfulness, acceptance, emotional regulation, and interpersonal effectiveness, I help clients develop the skills to mindfully experience and manage their feelings.
Existential Therapy
With respect to clients' backgrounds, spirituality, and religious experiences, I assist in exploring humanistic and spiritual questions like why we are here, what is the meaning of our lives, and whether a Higher Power or Greater Consciousness exists.
