ABOUT

meet austin
No two people arrive in therapy with the same story.

Some come because life feels overwhelming. Others because relationships have become difficult, they're feeling stuck, or they've simply reached a point where they want something more from life.

Whatever brings you here, my role is to offer a thoughtful, collaborative space where we can make sense of your experiences together.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches grounded in psychoanalysis and incorporating CBT and DBT, but I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation for meaningful change.

Together we'll work to understand the patterns that have shaped your life, develop greater self-awareness and create lasting change that feels authentic to who you are.

my approach includes...

Alongside my clinical work, I continue to study and write about psychotherapy, personal growth and the process of living a more authentic life.
I draw from several therapeutic approaches to support your personal growth and healing.

Using Relational Psychoanalysis, we'll explore the deeper patterns behind how you think, feel, and relate to others, focusing on ones that repeat throughout life.

I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) to help you build practical tools for managing emotions and shifting unhelpful thought patterns.

For those drawn to deeper questions, Existential Therapy offers space to explore meaning, purpose, and spiritual connection.

Each of these approaches offers something unique, and together they allow us to work in a way that is both grounded and expansive.
